"Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee" (Isaiah 60:1). Our opening scripture tells us to arise and shine, for our light has come and the glory of the Lord is risen upon us.
So when Jesus said: 'it's the Father in me who does the works and not me,' then we also have the power from God to live the supernatural and glorious life.
The scripture says, 'And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory.' It's God's will that every Christian reflect His glory. We're like little mirrors that He uses to shine His light on the earth.
