Praise be to God for this message that I want to share with you today. It is a four-part series on the Believer's Authority that I believe will be a great blessing to you.
Romans 10:9-10 states that if you confess Jesus as Lord and believe that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. When you receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you become a child of God.
Some think salvation means continuing to be ruled by sin, sickness, poverty, fear, and bondage until barely making it to Heaven. But we can reign in life by Christ Jesus, receiving abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness.
Despite the fast pace of events, both good and bad, including the rise of crime and suicide, and the ongoing impact of Covid, our Lord has already overcome the world (John 16:33).
At times, we wonder why God is silent on us. But we must put His Word to work, as it is truth and reliable. Abraham's faith did not weaken, even when he faced physical and natural evidence that challenged God's promise of a child.
Once, Jesus saw a fig tree with leaves from a distance while He was hungry. He went to it, hoping to find figs, but found only leaves as it wasn't the season for figs. Jesus cursed the tree, and the next day it was found withered.
God is good and as we increase in grace, we come to know His goodness. To enjoy God's freely given promises, we need knowledge and the rhema of God - the spoken word from scripture for the present moment (1 Corinthians 3:21).
You have control over your own life and destiny, so it's important to speak the Word over yourself and not just rely on having a Bible nearby. The power of the Word comes from it being alive in you, so make sure to declare it over your life to deal with any situation.
We've been made kings and priests! We already know about our [priestly ministry](https://www.rhemafromgod.com/the-intercessory-prayer). So in this very message, we're going to have a look at our rights as kings.
I love the story of the centurion, whose servant Jesus healed. Bible records that, "And when Jesus was entered into Capernaum, there came unto him a centurion, beseeching him, And saying, Lord, my servant lieth at home sick of the palsy, grievously tormented.
There was also another instance where a leper asked Jesus to heal him if it was His will: "And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean. And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean.
"A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth..." (Proverbs 12:14). The Bible draws an undeniable connection between our faith and the words we speak.
Joel 3:10 says '...let the weak say, I am strong', which is an Old Testament preview of the concept of 'calling those things that be not as though they were' (Romans 4:17). God lives by calling things out of nothing; that's how we ought to live.
"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17). The first day you received and confessed Jesus Christ as the Lord over your life you became a new type of man.
There's no need running around seeking deliverance from sin or from the devil; you've been delivered already (Colossians 1:13). It's your responsibility not to allow yourself become entangled by any yoke of bondage.
Beloved, learn to rest assured in the promises of God for "without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him" (Hebrews 11:6).
When Jesus accomplished the greatest task - after He had died for the world, He gave believers the mandate to go into the entire world to preach the Gospel to every creature.
